These Terms & Conditions govern use of Courageous Warrior LLC websites, content, forms, digital resources, services, programs, methods, educational materials, speaking activities, events, communications, and related offerings. By using a Courageous Warrior LLC website, submitting a form, purchasing or enrolling in an offering, or accessing materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any additional written terms that apply to a specific service or transaction.

1. Company and Public-Facing Names

Courageous Warrior LLC is the operating company. Courageous Warrior LLC may provide services, programs, methods, educational resources, initiatives, events, and other offerings under various public-facing names, trademarks, program titles, and brands. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, those names are offerings or brands operated by Courageous Warrior LLC and are not separate legal entities.

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, do not use the applicable website, service, offering, or materials. Additional service agreements, coaching agreements, event agreements, invoices, booking terms, checkout terms, waivers, consent forms, or platform terms may apply. When a more specific written agreement conflicts with these general terms, the more specific agreement controls for that service or transaction.

3. Services and Offerings

Courageous Warrior LLC may provide coaching, relationship education, resilience and personal-development education, speaking, workshops, courses, groups, public-awareness initiatives, digital resources, downloadable materials, events, and related products or services.

Availability, eligibility, format, duration, pricing, and scope vary by offering and may change over time.

4. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

Coaching, education, workshops, speaking, digital resources, and related services are not a substitute for therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, couples counseling, psychiatric care, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, crisis intervention, domestic-violence advocacy, or emergency services.

Courageous Warrior LLC does not diagnose or treat mental-health or medical conditions, determine legal responsibility for abuse or other conduct, direct a person to end or remain in a relationship, or guarantee the behavior or choices of another person.

Relationship or individual coaching does not guarantee that a partner will change, that a relationship or marriage will improve or continue, or that any particular personal, family, relationship, business, health, financial, or other outcome will occur.

If you are experiencing an emergency, immediate danger, or a mental-health crisis, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service. In the United States, people experiencing a suicide or mental-health crisis may call or text 988. Courageous Warrior LLC is not an emergency service.

5. User and Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, your decisions and actions, your use of coaching or educational materials, and obtaining appropriate licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial, crisis, or other professional assistance when needed.

You agree not to misuse websites, forms, services, communications, or materials; impersonate another person; submit unlawful or harmful content; interfere with website or system security; or use Courageous Warrior LLC services for harassment, threats, fraud, unauthorized commercial activity, or other prohibited conduct.

6. Scheduling, Fees, Payments, Refunds and Cancellations

Fees, payment schedules, deposits, refund terms, cancellation rules, no-show rules, rescheduling requirements, and other transaction terms vary by service or offering. The specific service agreement, booking page, invoice, checkout page, event agreement, or written offer provided for a purchase controls when it includes more specific terms.

Prices and availability may change before purchase. Once a purchase, enrollment, or booking is completed, the written terms accepted for that transaction apply.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, website content, coaching materials, methods, worksheets, presentations, courses, videos, graphics, program content, digital downloads, written materials, trademarks, program names, and other original business content are owned or licensed by Courageous Warrior LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may use materials for your own personal, non-commercial use unless written permission states otherwise. You may not copy, publish, sell, distribute, teach, reproduce, modify, license, create derivative commercial products, or use Courageous Warrior LLC materials to train competing products or services without written authorization.

8. Privacy and Communications

Use of Courageous Warrior LLC websites and services is subject to the Courageous Warrior LLC Privacy Policy and Policies & Procedures. Public websites, ordinary email, social media, and ordinary SMS/text messaging are not intended for protected health information or detailed sensitive personal information. Use a designated secure method when instructed for sensitive information.

Email and SMS communications are also subject to the consent, unsubscribe, and opt-out provisions described in the Privacy Policy and any disclosure presented at the time information is collected.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Courageous Warrior LLC websites and services may integrate with or link to third-party providers, including scheduling, payment, email, video, telecommunications, analytics, customer relationship management, file storage, secure client-service, social-media, or other technology providers. Courageous Warrior LLC is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, privacy practices, or terms.

10. No Warranties or Guaranteed Results

Websites, content, resources, and general information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Courageous Warrior LLC does not warrant that websites or digital services will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or free from every security risk.

Courageous Warrior LLC makes no promise or guarantee of healing, cure, recovery, relationship preservation, behavior change by another person, income, business success, speaking opportunities, personal transformation, safety, or any other specific result.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Courageous Warrior LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use a website, service, communication, resource, event, or third-party link.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Courageous Warrior LLC websites, systems, services, or materials to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reproduce protected materials at scale, misrepresent affiliation, harass or threaten others, submit fraudulent information, or interfere with the operation, safety, or security of the business or its users.

13. Right to Decline, Pause or End Services

Courageous Warrior LLC may decline, pause, limit, refer, or end services when a request is outside professional scope, when safety or clinical needs require referral, when terms or payment obligations are not followed, when conduct is abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or disruptive, or when continued service is not professionally appropriate.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

Courageous Warrior LLC may update these Terms & Conditions as services, laws, vendors, business practices, or technology change. The version posted with the most recent effective date applies prospectively to future website use and transactions unless a signed written agreement states otherwise or applicable law requires different treatment.
